Approach

GET Excellence helped with the execution of the transformation program for implementing structural, organizational, financial and personnel-related measures to improve the competitive position and the targeted corporate growth.

The transformation office was established at the start of the program to provide a structured and centralized program management as well as to set up an organizational structure and roles for the collaboration in the business initiatives.
